- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray cookie sheet with butter. On a lightly floured surface roll dough thin - approx. 1/8" thick. Cut into 2 inch squares. Place a slice of guava paste on each square.
- Fold dough over guava paste. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
