  5. Assemble lasagna by covering bottom of 9x13 dish with one+ cups of sauce.
  6. Layer noodles (use approx. 3 noodles). Make sure noodles do not touch edge.
  7. Cover with another cup of sauce.
  8. Put 1/3 of the ricotta cheese on top of sauce.
  9. Put 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta.
  10. Repeat for two more layers: Noodles->Sauce->Ricotta->Mozzarella
  11. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Cover with foil.
